Window Cleaning and Pressure Cleaning in Miami Shores, FL

Santiago saw our van in one of our customers property and asked for a business card, because he needed his windows cleaned. On august 9 Santiago called asking for a window cleaning quote. We quoted his house at Miami Shores and he decided to go with the interior and exterior window cleaning. After going around the house to take a look at the windows, we realized the pool deck had some algae on it as well as one of the windows in front of the house that had algae and some rust stains. I asked him if he wanted us to take care of all those places for him and he agreed. After we were done he liked everything we did and asked us if we could put him on an annual service plan for the entire home.
