5. SMS / Text Messages & TCPA Compliance

When you provide your phone number to request a quote or book a service, you consent to receive transactional text messages from Shiny Windows LLC about appointment confirmations, scheduling updates, on-the-way notices, and job completion confirmations.

  • Message frequency varies based on your active service.
  • Message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier.
  • To opt out: reply STOP to any text message from us, or call us at (305) 452-4791. Once you opt out, you will not receive further texts (you may still receive critical service-day notifications when needed).

6. Email Marketing & Opt-Out

We may use MailChimp to send periodic newsletters, promotions, seasonal cleaning reminders, and special offers. Every marketing email includes an "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom. You can also opt out at any time by emailing shinywindows18@gmail.com with the subject line "Unsubscribe."

Opting out of marketing emails will not affect transactional emails related to your active services (quotes, appointment confirmations, invoices, receipts).

7. Photos & Videos for Marketing

As part of our regular workflow, we frequently take photos and videos of completed jobs (focused on the windows, glass surfaces, our equipment, and exterior of the property) for use in our marketing materials, including our website, Google Business Profile, Facebook, and Instagram.

  • We do not identify the property owner by name or street address in our marketing.
  • We focus on the cleaning result, not on identifying features that would reveal who lives there.
  • If you do not want photos or videos taken at your property, please notify us in writing (text or email) before your appointment. We will honor your request without question.

By booking a service, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use these photos and videos for marketing purposes, unless you have opted out as described above.

8. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies for:

  • Essential site functionality, such as remembering your language preference (English / Spanish).
  • Basic analytics, to understand which pages are popular and how visitors arrive at our site.
